David’s Cradle repurposes donated wedding gowns, prom dresses, and formal wear into Angel Gowns, providing burial attire for preemies to full-term babies born asleep. These garments are gifted to bereaved families free of charge, offering dignity to their precious child. We understand the unexpected and overwhelming nature of such loss and strive to support grieving parents through our work.
Dignity Blankets
Dignity blankets are crafted to cradle and wrap the baby in love and dignity. Volunteers pour their love and care into creating each one. These blankets are made from donated wedding gowns and soft flannel, ensuring warmth and tenderness for the precious little ones.
Isolate Blankets
David’s Cradle specializes in crafting Isolate blankets, essential for comforting babies in isolates within the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU). These blankets serve to dim the harsh lights, offering a gentle ambiance for the baby's care. Additionally, they introduce a touch of warmth and brightness to an otherwise sterile environment, bringing a ray of sunshine into the NICU.
